To apply your logo to your water feature, we'll need your artwork in a usable format. EPS files are preferred, since they're vector-based and can be scaled to any size without losing sharpness. We can also work with AI files, high-resolution JPGs (2MB or larger), or PDFs.
The reason file type matters comes down to quality. Vector formats like EPS and AI are ideal because your logo can be resized to fit your specific feature while staying crisp and clean. If you're sending a JPG, a higher resolution gives us the best result—low-resolution or small images can appear blurry or pixelated once enlarged, which affects the final look of the engraving or application.
If you're not sure whether your file will work, send us what you have and our logo specialist will review it. If it isn't quite right, they'll let you know what's needed so we can achieve the best possible result on your water feature.
