Because of natural variations in stone texture, glass, and lighting conditions, we are unable to warranty the exact color appearance of a logo. While we use Pantone color matching to get as close as possible to your specified colors, the final look can shift slightly depending on the material it's applied to and the environment where your water feature is displayed.
There are a couple of reasons for this. First, our features are made from natural materials, and no two pieces are exactly alike in tone or texture, which influences how a color reads once applied. Second, lighting plays a significant role—the same logo can appear warmer or cooler under natural daylight, incandescent bulbs, or LED lighting, and that's outside of anything we can control once the feature is installed in your space.
For these reasons, we warranty the quality of the application and materials, but not the exact color appearance, since that can be affected by factors unique to each piece and each location. To make sure you're comfortable before anything is finalized, we provide a proof during the approval stage where colors are specified for your review. We encourage you to look this over carefully and ask any questions, as this is the best opportunity to confirm your expectations up front.
