Most logo orders move quickly, and on average the logo application itself takes about seven days from the time the proof and specifications are approved by the customer until completion. To understand the full timeline, it helps to know how our logo process works.
Two logo options
We offer two types of logos. The first is a sandblasted, engraved logo that is filled with acrylic for coloration. The second, available only on clear glass, is a vinyl sticker logo. The timeframe for both is very similar.
How the process works
When we receive an order that includes a logo, we'll reach out by email to request your artwork. Once we have it, we'll send back a proof showing the logo placement relative to a line drawing of your water feature, along with specified colors, dimensions, and all the other details that need your sign-off. We then wait for your approval.
Once everything is approved and signed off, the typical turnaround for logo application is about seven days. We measure that seven-day window from the moment of customer approval to completion—not from when the order is first placed. If changes or alterations to the specifications are needed along the way, that can add a little time, but we always do our best to turn revisions around as quickly as possible.
To keep things efficient, we try to build your water feature during the approval period, so the unit is finished and ready for logo application as soon as your proof is approved.
