Your logo customization is handled by our dedicated logo specialist, who guides you through the entire process of applying your logo to your water feature. That includes collecting your artwork, preparing a proof that shows exactly how your logo will be placed on the feature, confirming colors and dimensions, and overseeing the final application once everything is approved.
It's helpful to know what this role does and doesn't cover. Our logo specialist handles the application of your existing logo to the water feature and all the steps required to do that well—but they don't create artwork, design logos, or provide graphic design services such as developing a layout, choosing color schemes, or building a logo from scratch. If you need help designing or creating a logo, we recommend working with a professional graphic designer or design service first. Once you have finished artwork ready, our specialist will take it from there and handle everything required to bring it onto your water feature.
Working with a single point of contact keeps the application process smooth and ensures nothing gets lost along the way. Your specialist will reach out by email after your order is placed to request your artwork, and they'll stay with you through proof approval and final production.
