The pump on the Serene Waters fountain is generally quiet, emitting only a gentle hum from the electric motor that should not overpower the soothing sound of running water. If the pump seems louder than the water, it is often because it is vibrating against the tray. To address this, we include foam pump pads that you can place along the sides of the pump, creating a barrier to minimize vibration noise and ensure a tranquil experience.
